Every loss in a sports bet is a big disappointment, and when you have 20 losses in a row, it’s easy to give up. However, there’s no need to despair: for such a losing streak, the SpinBetter New Zealand administration has provided attractive compensation, the amount of which depends on the minimum bet size in the series:
- rates from 4 NZD – compensation of 200 NZD;
- bets from 10 NZD – compensation of 500 NZD;
- rates from 20 NZD – compensation 1000 NZD.
How to obtain compensation?
Only registered SpinBetter customers can participate in the promotion.
A series is defined as 20 consecutive sports bets lost, without any wins or refunds. All 20 losses must occur within a period of 30 calendar days.
Only bets with a nominal value of at least NZD 4 are taken into account when determining the series. Risky bets with odds higher than 3 (high chances of losing) are not included in the series. The series is filled only with single and express bets; any alternative types of bets are not taken into account. For an express bet to be counted in the series, the events in it must relate to different matches, and all components of such a prediction must be incorrect without exception.
Compensation is not provided automatically: players must monitor their own success and, if their series meets all the requirements, write to us at support@spinbetter.com. To ensure that your letter reaches the right person, please include “Series of unsuccessful bets” in the subject line and your account number in the text.
Players should not abuse our bonus programme, registering multiple accounts for one person or requesting multiple compensations for a series of unsuccessful bets for members of the same family, cohabitants, users of the same PC or shared IP address. Any violation of these requirements will result in the cancellation of the compensation provided.
Even if all requirements are met, compensation will not be provided to players who only completed a quick registration and did not fill in all the fields in their personal account questionnaire with phone number confirmation.
